Greg grew up spending summers in Estes Park — giving his family relief from the hottest days on their ranch in eastern Colorado. The Rosener family moved to Estes Park when Greg was a junior in high school and this has been home ever since. He sold both residential and commercial real estate in Estes Park since the early 1970's. Greg's extensive knowledge of the area is unequaled.
Greg's accomplishments include economic development (since the early 80's), leading the local team that rebuilt downtown Estes Park through urban renewal after the 1982 Lawn Lake flood, selling Lily Lake to the Nature Conservancy to become part of Rocky Mountain National Park and partnering with business leaders to create an Estes Park Economic Development Corporation in 2013.
With Greg's extensive understanding of local development regulations, he has been an advocate for vacation rental homeowners both in Estes Park and Larimer County. SkyRun Estes Park homeowners have clear representation for issues that affect them and can turn to Greg for understanding and support.
