Check-in is 4:00pm MST (earliest) and check-out is 10:00am MST.  

A "Check-in Instructions" email will be distributed to guests 7 days prior to arrival date containing directions and access information for the property. 

In most cases, guests will access the property via a lockbox or smart lock using the given access code. Door codes are sent via text at 3:45pm on day of arrival.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, and to have time to provide quality cleaning and maintenance between reservations, we cannot accept early check-ins at this time.

We must follow strict cleaning procedures and early check-ins do not allow for that, we are committed to ensuring the safety of all guests.  Thank you for your understanding. 

Guests must depart the property by the check-out time no later than 10 am MST.

Late check-outs will not be approved at this time, we are following strict cleaning protocols and committed to keeping our guests as safe as possible. Again, thank you for your understanding!

Upon check-out please remove trash from the unit, place any wet linens/towels into a tub or shower, return the furniture to its original location, and load and run the dishwasher.

Parking may be limited. The check-in instructions email will contain information regarding parking at your property.   Any parking fines assessed to your vehicles during your stay will be billed to you if they are billed to us.  Parking fines can be significant. Parking spots at Marys Lake Condominiums and Boulder Brook on Fall River are not reserved.
