Meet the SkyRun Estes Park Team
Meet the SkyRun Team
SkyRun Vacation Rentals was born through innovation. In the early 2000’s, Barry Cox owned a ski condo in Keystone, Colorado. As his frustration grew with inadequate reporting and management systems typically used by vacation rental property management companies, he decided to “build a better mousetrap”. As a software engineer, Barry was able to streamline the many functions of a vacation rental property management company from handling reservations to providing a property owner a portal with full transparency of the business of their property. He used his knowledge of what he wanted as a vacation rental property owner to create an industry-leading system that works!
About SkyRun Estes Park
As previous owners of vacation rental properties, we know both sides of the equation that add up to a successful experience. We value the technology of the SkyRun system that allows us to spend more time on quality service for our guests and property owners. That is the SkyRun difference in Estes Park.
About SkyRun Estes Park Owners
We are Greg Rosener and Cydney Springer, husband and wife/owners, and long-time residents of Estes Park. We are the first to tell you that we don’t just LIVE here, we LOVE here!
As dedicated community leaders, we've invested our hearts and time in this little town in too many ways to count.
Greg grew up spending summers in Estes Park — giving his family relief from the hottest days of on their ranch in eastern Colorado. The Rosener family moved to Estes Park when Greg was a junior in high school and this has been home ever since. He sold both residential and commercial real estate in Estes Park since the early 1970’s. Greg’s extensive knowledge of the area is unequaled.
Greg’s many accomplishments include economic development (since the early 80’s), leading the local team that rebuilt downtown Estes Park through urban renewal after the 1992 Lawn Lake flood, selling Lily Lake to the Nature Conservancy to become part of Rocky Mountain National Park and creating an Estes Park Economic Development Corporation in 2013. He is currently on several boards and committees. To learn more about Greg, read this: recent Estes Park Trail Gazette article.
