This is a great setup- beautiful view off deck- super close to Twin Owl Steakhouse - great restaurant. Very quiet. Exceptionally well equipped and pristine kitchen. Comfy beds. Great stay all around!

Beautiful place with great views and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park! Would stay again! The only downside that we found was that there are no smart TVs (only cable), so no ability to stream or cast from your own device.

Great location, with a great view. We had a bit of a struggle to find it at first. When we got inside everything was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Was very easy to feel at home there. We were able to see quite a bit of wildlife near our condo as well.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and had an excellent time. The condo was very clean, and the view was specular only one step to enter into the condo. Carol, the condo agent was extremely nice and helpful. We had one condo selected and paid for when the owners canceled on us and Carol informed us and selected another one (10A) which had as good or better views. The stay was great, the condo fantastic, view was incredible, and the location was perfect, close to town and to RMNP, and the price was very good. there was no negative experience's.

Beautiful and Relaxing
This condo was very clean and was well maintained. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. The kids enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. No grill, but there was enough kitchen supplies to cook on stove. Condo was only 8 minutes to Estes Park where we did several hikes and horseback riding. Also, the management company was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the door code. Would recommend for families.

Great Experience!
We had a great experience at Mount Chiquita 10A. The condo was very clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed to get settled in. All of the appliances functioned as expected, and the master shower is very nice! The views off of the deck are incredible and even better than what we expected from the pictures. The private hot tub is even a little more private since this is an end unit and you're not surrounded by neighbors on all sides. Getting into the unit at check-in was a breeze with the provided access code. The condo was in a great location just outside of Estes Park. Easy access to RMNP, the scenic byway, and downtown Estes Park. The kids enjoyed going down to Mary's Lake to throw and climb rocks. Our only feedback: There was no handsoap (bar or pump) at any of the sinks at check-in, so we picked some up from Safeway. We arrived the day before Memorial and the website had said the heated pool would be open from Memorial to Labor Day. We called ahead of time to see if it would be open on Memorial Day for sure, and were told pending any crazy weather it would be. When we arrived the pool wasn't open and we were told June 1 it would be open. June 1 came and all that happened was they began to clean it out to get it ready. We felt they could have started the process sooner as we had beautiful weather while we were in town. Better communication would have helped as well. Overall our experience was great and we would absolutely stay here again!

Regarding the pool, unfortunately the HOA that presides over the condos decided not to open the pool until June 1st, and we had not been informed by them until shortly before Memorial Day. Beautiful property and location
We loved the view and the beautiful property. The hot tub is always a must for us. Its awesome how the property includes a hot tube. We how the property has everything a home has including all cooking and silverware. We literally dont have to bring anything because the property has it all. We come twice a year. We always look forward to our trips to Estes Park

The condo was very nice, and great to have easy free parking in the lot outside. There were plenty of towels for both the hot tub and the shower, and they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. The cleaning fee is STEEP, but overall, worth it.

Everything perfect for our stay at Estes Park. Unit was clean and very well equipped. Home away from home. Loved hot tub - very clean. Used it every day. Fireplace was great. Quiet with amazing views that were different every day. Could not have asked for better place to stay. Check in and out were both a breeze. You wont reqret picking this spot for your Estes Park vaca.

Wonderful stay!
Overall wonderful experience staying at this mountain condo. Great mountain views from the deck and hot tub, good lighting throughout the day and good evening bedroom lighting when the sun sets. Clean property that has most everythjng you could need to feel at home during your stay. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Both worked great during our stay and the hot tub was clean. The original access code provided for the condo did not work but the property managers responded quickly with the correct code. Would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future!

We had an amazing stay here. The views are incredible! Well stocked kitchen and very clean. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the views. The master bedroom also had amazing views as did windows in the dining area and kitchen. You wont be disappointed. Felt like we were right in the Rocky Mountains . Close and convenient to town and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Just a note- cleaning fee is high and while that was worth it to us, we were turned off by the tip envelope like in a hotel on top of the very high cleaning fee. Otherwise it was an incredible stay and we would definitely be back! Highly recommend this place. Its on the top floor so you can see the stars from the balcony. Quiet and good amount of space.

Spacious with great views
Property was in a great location, with great views. Amenities were nice. Unit was spacious and had nice upgrades, comfortable beds. Only drawback was the hot tub had debris in the water, so we only went in once. And the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned well (I just think they need a new dishwasher). but kitchen and bathroom were well cleaned. Overall a very nice stay thank you!

The only thing keeping our stay from being 5 stars is that we had issues with the lock on our rental and were given 4 different codes before we finally got in. Also, there wasn't any signage pointing you in the direction of the correct complex. Other than that 3 thumbs up all around.

We love staying at Marys Lake and this condo was no exception! Beautifully decorated and clean. My husband was impressed that they had spices for guests to use, as in some condos we rent you cant even find salt!Customer service was great when our door code didnt work. They answered my text immediately and got us in the condo.We accidentally left a toiletries bag in the condo with our kids retainers, glasses, etc and the cleaning crew turned it in and Sky Run shipped it back to us (for a cost, but cheaper than replacing retainers and glasses!)Would definitely recommend!

Cozy cabin
My family loved this place! The area is well maintained & the condo itself was clean and spacious. The hot tub was clean and ready to go the moment we wanted to use it. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Laundry, fire place, large rooms the list goes on! We will be back for sure!

Our stay here was peaceful and perfect! The unit was spotless and had so many amenities- it was perfect and just what we needed. The space was very comfortable and inviting and the hot tub was fantastic! It felt very home-like and that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Loved being able to park & unload next to the condo's sidewalk to the front door. The 180 view through the windows and back deck jacuzzi were amazing & beautiful all day long! The layout of our 2 King BR/2BA condo, with full kitchen, and gas fireplace fit our group quite comfortably. The area was nice to walk around. It was great being only a short drive to Estes Park town square which had a lovely Riverwalk, and a variety of yummy restaurants, and unique shops. There was also nice public restrooms with free parking so you could walk everywhere safely in the daytime and nighttime. We really enjoyed hiking in the sunny, snowy, Winter Wonderland of Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and riding on the Mustang Mountain Coaster.

This property is exactly as described and more! Beautiful views, easy access, and the perfect amount of space to have plenty of room yet feel the coziness. Very adequately supplied with everything needed. Check-in for the property and all instructions were simple. We had a couple of inches of snow the last night we were there; but, no issues at all. The snow plow was their first thing in the morning scraping the roadways. Can't wait to visit again!

Incredibly wonderful!
This condo was EXCEPTIONAL! We saw 80-100 elk within 40 feet of our condo the first two days. The view off of the patio couldn’t be any more beautiful… mountains, Mary’s Lake, elk, deer, snow. It snowed around six inches overnight. The SkyRun crew cleaned off our walkway and our car windshields of snow. Hot tub was great! The only thing I might change was the size of the televisions… smallest TVs I’ve ever seen, but they all worked. Great experience! We will come to this unit again!

Mountains views and great place to sleep
We stayed here for a week. The place inside was clean comfortable and felt like we were home. Outside has a good size deck to see the amazing views both during the day and at night Location... while it seems like it's in the middle of nowhere it really is not... park entrances are close... downtown is close.. Overall we loved our week and want to come back

Overall very good. Decorated nice abd consistent with western mountains and communities. Had checkin issue with door code as texted code did not work. Gal on the phone helped us resolve pretty quickly but still a bit annoying. Kitchen well stocked, knifes really need to be sharpened as they are VERY dull. Didn't use hot tub but it was clean and warm. Quieter then expected which is a plus. 10am checkout (vs) early and would be nice to have an extra hour. We would come back ....

We are so pleased with this condo! The views are perfect including the mule deer having breakfast every morning. So convenient but out of the main hub bub. Beautiful vacation rental
We had so much fun at this rental! The location was perfect for quickly getting to RMNP or to downtown Estes Park! We saw a mule deer and her fawn each night! The hot tub was fun, the views from the deck were gorgeous, and the rental had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay!

The place was great, however the cleaning fees for the weekend was almost 90% of the reservation fee.

SkyRun hires professional cleaning and laundry services to clean each property between guests. A Great Experience
This condo was a great experience, and was even better in person. As soon as we walked in, you could tell how clean it was. The communication with the staff was always friendly and prompt. The views from the deck were amazing and the hot tub was a bonus to enjoy those. I would highly recommend this condo and management company!

We stayed in Mount Chiquita 10A for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! It's charming, cozy, and we loved the decor. The kitchen was great for making coffee and breakfast in the morning. We loved that the dining table was counter height, which was perfect for our daughter's wheelchair, so she could sit at the table too. While this unit is not ADA-accessible, we were able to lift our daughter in her wheelchair up the 2 small steps to roll into the unit. It worked great for our needs. The hot tub was wonderful and the view of the stars at night was perfect. We especially loved the charming decor, it made you feel like you were staying in a cabin. The fireplace was great for warming up by after a day outside exploring in the chilly weather. Overall, we just loved this rental and would love to visit and stay here again. Thank you to the owners for making it available and for making it such a welcoming place to stay!

We can't wait to come back. This place was in a prime location. A few minutes away from downtown Estes. A few minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Location was really perfect for us. The condo itself was spotless. The views were breathtaking. The mountain views never got old. It fit my family of 5 just fine. I definitely recommend staying here. Absolutely Beautiful
This was our first trip to Colorado. And it was one of our best trips ever! We loved everything about it! The condo had the most breathtaking views of the lake and mountains! So enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and even used the fireplace to take the chill off. We took advantage of the grill and had a several meals in. With all the windows we had such a nice view while eating. Condo was very clean. Location was perfect - a nice quiet setting, yet only minutes to downtown area. Main entrance to RMNP was only about 15 minutes. Would highly recommend and would for sure stay here again! Lots of wildlife to see from this condo as well. We loved our stay for our first getaway as a family of three! Well maintained, clean 2BR vacation rental about 7 mins from downtown Estes Park. Communication and check-in was seamless, finding the unit when its dark or raining can be slightly challenging. Great views from the balcony with a nice hot tub. No food delivery services at the location but restaurants are within quick driving distance. Would stay again.

This condo is beautiful. It was such a great place to relax after exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the park! After a morning in the park, we loved spending time at the shared pool and then later after dinner hanging out in the private hot tub with the view of the sunset and mountains. We saw elk our first night from the condo!The beds and pillows were super comfortable and my kids were happy that the bed they had to share was king-sized

Weekend wedding in Estes
Great spot for us 2 couples to spend a long weekend. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with essentials. We cooked dinner on the grill the first night and found anything we needed at the Country store a couple miles down the road. We spent some time at the pool which surprisingly we had all to ourselves on Saturday afternoon. The hot tub was really our favorite. Sitting on the deck with just amazing views was by far the highlight. We will be back for sure.

We had a great time at this location. It was a perfect distance to everything. My only complaint is that we arrived after 6 and the pack n play and the high chair we rented were not there. We ended up calling the emergency line since we had no where for our baby to sleep. They got it there within an hour which was great but this definitely added some stress after a long day of travel.

The condo was incredibly clean, well decorated with lots of towels for the bathrooms and the hot tub. There was some complimentary coffee as well as some cards, dice, dominos and puzzles if that's of interest to you. The space was very cozy and inviting. The views were fantastic... we had coffee and watched the sun rise over the mountains from the hot tub. In November it was cold so plan accordingly and if renting a car, I'd suggest AWD, the roads around the lake and the condo area were slick with inclines (to be expected in the mountains). There's a small grocery store just about 2 miles away and less than 10 minutes from either downtown Estes Park or an entrance to RMNP. It was a great location. And I can't say enough for the incredible communication from the management team...we were plauged by 3 flight cancelations and changes due to the airlines as well as the recent wildfires and they were great to work with throughout.

We needed a get away for the weekend and this condo was just what we had in mind! This was the perfect spot for 2 couples. And would have been comfortable with 3 (although wouldn’t have been enough seating for 6 in the living room or on the patio) Pros: -Hot tub was perfect -Balcony faces East- beautiful sunrises -2 King beds have very comfortable mattresses -large table for games and dinner (not crowded) -fully equipped kitchen (see cons) -close parking -spices and cooking spray/olive oil Cons: -ALL the knives are VERY dull (had to cut a pepper with a bread knife) -the toilet paper is ROUGH! (Bring your own) -1 set of sheets was soft, the other was not at all -needed more seating in the living room (even for 4 adults) -exterior light shines right through blinds into master bedroom. Would highly recommend that owners put up curtains to help with this. -no foil, plastic wrap, or ziplocks for left overs We will probably re-book this condo in the future but will be bringing our own TP and possibly our own sheets. And hopefully there are new knives and some curtains in the master.

The location of the condo was close to downtown Estes Park and close to a couple different entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean and very well maintained. We didnt cook very much, but it had all of the necessary items if we would have wanted to. It wasnt big, but was very nice. We saw mule deer and elk several times in the complex. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again!

The location was great for accessing the park and close enough to come home mid day between hikes for a rest if the kids needed it. We especially liked the hot tub for soaking after a long day of hiking. The only minor negatives I have are the dryer took multiple cycles to dry and the light from street lamp outside shone through the blinds in the master bedroom. That being said I would stay again. If you stay don't miss the sunrise from the deck!

Family Time!
Beautiful sunrises from this condo. We loved the sun coming in the kitchen window every morning. Sitting on the deck is perfect and playing cards at the dining room table. A little green and white bird comes to visit every morning on the deck. We named him Peter, so say "Hi" if you see him! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Location, location, location!!!
Not having been to Estes Park before, I had no idea where to stay. I picked this spot based on the photos and it was amazing! This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for our recent vacation.

Great Condo, the electric keypad instead of dealing with keys was awesome. WiFi not reliably accessible during our stay but other than that-very comfortable.

Nice condo in great location
Property was nice and clean upon arrival. Few small issues to be addressed to make it five stars. Only nine hangars total for three closets; one soap dish for three bathroom sinks; three small bars of soap for three sinks and tub and separate shower; need a plug that fits indoor whirlpool tub. I did contact management about this but not resolved before we left. Most owners leave extras like tin foil and paper napkins and laundry detergent as a nice gesture. This one left no extras. Could use salt or something for walkway when slippery. Need snow shovel as walkway not shoveled till 4 pm and 8 in of snow fell over night. Need directions on how to get various TVs working. Confusing as to how to change channels with different remotes and how to access cable tv. Overall a nice property.

Wonderful Location, Quiet and Clean
We stayed at Mount Chiquita while enjoying Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding area. We couldn't have chosen a better spot. We were able to get everywhere easily, the town was close by and the property was immaculate. We enjoyed having a hot tub and all and all, a great experience.

What's Not to Love
Well the view and then there is more of the view and everywhere you look is the view!! That is icing on the cake, the rest is just all around wonderful. From getting off the hustle and bustle of downtown Estes, Mary's Lake area is just around the corner and a little more peaceful. Wildlife all around you. The condo is very spacious and just adorable! Great Stay, Beautiful View
Our family of 3 really enjoyed this clean and lovely rental! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several breakfasts and dinners. We really enjoyed the view from the patio and nightly dips in the hot-tub. The location was great, and we would definitely stay in this property again.

We had a wonderful stay
You can't beat the view from the balcony! Our first night, we saw a few elk walking across the street, which was a great way to start our time off here. We were very close to Estes Park, as well as to RMNP. The location was wonderful, as were the amenities. It was a great stay overall, and we already miss Estes Park!

The Peaks unit 10A
My husband and I stayed for 6 days at The Peaks in Unit 10A. When we come back, we won't stay anywhere else. The condo is beautiful decorated and the beds are very comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was spectacular and the hot tub was such a plus! Celebration of Sons 21st Birthday
This was such a great place to stay. There was a hiccup with the hot tub but they quickly tended to it. The communication with the owner was wonderful. The photos do not do this place justice! There is an amazing view out of every window. Plus youre greeted by elk every morning and evening. It was far enough away from the town traffic but a short drive to anything we wanted to visit. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Great Views
The condo is terrific with awesome mountain views out of nearly every window. We had fun exploring Estes Park, but we also enjoyed just lazing around, watching the fire and soaking in the hot tub. This condo was well-appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
