You'll be greeted, even before you enter the Sanctuary in the Rockies, by a Bear Hug on the front porch. Step into this refreshing 3/2.5 condo and feel immediate tranquility. There's plenty of room in the main living area, in the comfy leather sofas in front of the gas fireplace or big screen TV. There's guaranteed giggles and games downstairs in the family fun room, complete with games, flatscreen TV and even a recumbent bike. The family room also has a sleeper sofa for kiddos to sleep in.

Savor the Rockies and the rippling distant sound of Big Thompson River from the deck between the living room and master suite. The Master is on the main floor with a queen sized bed. The bath has a walk-in shower with convenient grab bars, a comfort height toilet and rich granite counters. The numerous windows throughout the home frame the great outdoors and make for a light, bright and cheery experience for all guests

You'll delight in the open concept kitchen with granite countertops on the main floor of this 1935 square foot retreat. The bar, facing dining area, has three stools. The dining table seats six. All will enjoy meal times, whether you have  culinary creativity or are more of the spectator variety. This area gives lots of room for all guests to hang out for memories in the making, plus the view of Long Peak is the backdrop. The washer/dryer is located conveniently off the kitchen, alongside the garage entry. The half bath is to the right of the laundry space.

The Sanctuary earned its name from all of the owner's featured wildlife photography. Enjoy the photos of elk, deer, coyote and bear, complemented by art in each room. For fun, go on a bear "safari" and count the huggable bears perched in cozy spots throughout the Sanctuary.

The Second and Third bedroom are both behind the family room with queen sized beds and access to back patio. The bath downstairs has a tub/shower combo and comfort height toilet with convenient access from either bedroom as well as the family room.

Just down the street, be sure to go for a stroll to Big Thompson River at the edge of the complex. You can also hop in the car for a drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park to see the magnificent Rockies up close and personal or take a hike. Perfect Estes Condo

Review Submitted: 8/13/2017
This is the perfect mountain perch for those needing ample, immaculate space and a well appointed kitchen! Our leasing agent, Joy, comes by her name honestly and attended to every question and need before our arrival. The house is beautifully decorated with artwork and pictures of local wildlife. There's no AC but plenty of window and ceiling fans to keep rooms cool. The kitchen-the best stocked of any of my previous rentals-has plenty of room for several cooks, while friends can observe and keep you company on the barstools! The only thing missing was a grill. The lighting is extensive except for the master bedroom. An overhead light would be nice in the master, but it's otherwise very large with a huge walk-in closet and private bathroom. I've rented houses and apts in the US and a few places abroad. This house, and the rental agency, definitely rank as one of the finest of them all!!
Thanks so much for your review and your stay Beth.  We look forward to your next visit!

Great family stay

Review Submitted: 8/10/2017
We had a great family getaway to Estes Park staying at this property. The townhouse was well equipped, immaculate, spacious and close to RMNP. On our last morning a deer walked right by the window. Only complaint was that the upstairs got very warm even with only 70s outside. I think it may have been he halogen lighting.

EXCELLENT FACILITY AND CONVENIENT LOCATION

Review Submitted: 6/30/2017

The townhouse is well constructed displaying quality upgrades and furnishings. The unit is well equipped for meal preparation, relaxation and entertainment of adults and grandchildren. The bear and animal theme throughout was tasteful and cute. The ceiling fans on the main level made hot days "bearable" without air-conditioning.

The unit location on the west side of busy Estes Park is convenient to RMNP entrance and we explored the park daily. The Sky Run coordinator was extremely helpful and helped the transition in and an out go smoothly. We wouldn't mind coming back!
