Bond Park Place is a newly renovated charming cabin with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This cabin is located right above Bond Park and the center of downtown Estes Park. It has room to sleep up to 5 people with 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, and a Queen size sleeper sofa bed. You'll enjoy the 2 patio/decks with views of the mountains, downtown Estes, Lake Estes, and the historical Stanley Hotel. You will appreciate all the recent updates and modern conveniences including WiFi and Roku TV (flat screens in each bedroom and living room). There's plenty of driveway parking. Enjoy the easy walk to everything that downtown has to offer including stores and restaurants! Or stay in and grill on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views. Sorry, no pets allowed.
This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all Estes Park has to offer. Whether you are in town for an extended stay, for a family reunion, or just a much needed getaway, you will feel like you belong at Bond Park Place.
- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
- The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$105 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$105 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $105, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)

- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
- Ice maker / water dispenser on fridge does not work (ice cube trays provided)
