Welcome to Starlight in the Rockies, a family and kid friendly vacation home! You are within minutes to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps up to 8 people. You will love relaxing on the spacious wrap around deck with a propane grill to enjoy BBQs and fantastic views! Smell the pines and drink in the view from this huge deck, then step back inside to the main level that shares a gas fireplace with the cozy living area. Wood details throughout the cabin add to the rich mountain feel. The children will love the private playground on the property!

The living room has high ceilings and beautiful large windows! The TV is cleverly located in a hideaway cabinet that pops up at the push of a remote button! There is a gas fireplace in between the living area and kitchen to warm the main floor. The kitchen is large enough for a family to cook while the guests hang out in the living area. Brand new electric stove installed Dec. 2018.

The Master Bedroom is located downstairs off to the left as you enter from the garage. It features a King bed and pillow top mattress. The Master Bath is full sized with a shower (no tub), it is located across from the Master Bedroom and next to the laundry which is equipped with a full sized washer/dryer. Also downstairs, you will find a wonderful game area/sun-room equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa! As you walk up the spiral staircase, you enter into the main living area. Off to the right will be the kitchen and the main living area. You will find two more bedrooms and a jack-n-jill bathroom with a shower (no tub) that connects to both upstairs guest bedrooms.

The cabin is light and bright with many windows and an open floor plan. Downtown shops, groceries, and outdoor activities are all within 1-3 miles driving distance. What To Be Aware Of

  • Spiral staircase to the main level of the home is quite narrow, so please be careful.
  • Garage is a bit narrow. Take caution when using it.
  • No air conditioning.
  • Back hallway leading to one of the bedrooms is under renovation, new flooring on order. 
  • Both bathrooms are shower only, no tubs.
  • Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, and will also stay in the vacation home.
  • BEARS in the area, please secure all trash and you will need to lock doors and windows each time you leave the property.
  • Our office hours are Daily - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST. 
  • On-call staff is available after hours daily to respond to urgent issues that threaten the health or safety of guests, or the property itself; such as a gas leak, a broken furnace, or broken water line. Non-urgent issues will be handled on the next business day.
  • We provide a complimentary starter set of household items such as bath tissue, paper towels, and dish soap. We do not re-stock these items and if needed, additional supplies will need to be purchased locally by the guest.
  • This is a pet-free home. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee for non-compliance.
  • Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside this home. Cleaning for cigarette or marijuana smoke will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
  • Parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Thank you!
