This home sleeps eight. It's detailed with deco touches that create an aura of mountain ease, and for the discerning eye, there is humor and love throughout. This comfy townhome is located ideally. Only one mile to downtown Estes, three miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short stroll to the edge of the Big Thompson River.

The entryway steps lead you into the open and inviting great room, dining and kitchen area. The great room is light and bright with ceiling-high windows. The perfect location for hours of fun with family or friends, complete with flat screen TV, comfy sofa and leather chairs. The kitchen and dining areas provide plenty of room for meals for friends or family. The bold wood dining table is complemented with colorful chairs, seating 8. The kitchen offers the perfect place for the gourmet as well as the casual cook, with granite counter tops, wood flooring with black appliances and matching sink. Coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven keep life in the kitchen quick and easy if wanted, also. Between the kitchen and the Master bedroom is a refreshing deck with a propane grill, table, and chairs for relaxing any time during your stay. A powder room with half bath is located conveniently to the right, between the living area and kitchen.

To the right is the Master bedroom. It offers a luxurious Queen bed and includes a large bathroom with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. It features a large tiled shower with glass doors. The spacious walk-in closet provides room to hang your clothes and store your baggage out of the way. 

Stroll downstairs to the family room with a Queen sleeper sofa and chair and a flat screen TV. Games are provided for entertainment after a long day in the mountains or exploring downtown. The second and third bedrooms are themed as the Moose Room and the Fishing Room, each with a Queen bed. Delight in playing rock, paper, scissors, to see who gets which room! A full bath with tub/shower combo is easily accessible from bedrooms and family room.

The townhome is completed downstairs with a full-size washer and dryer and plenty of room to fold clothes. The owners installed new ceiling fans and added lighter weight bedding to enhance guest comfort! Floor fans are also provided to circulate cool air in each room. A full-size crib and high chair are also available, with advance request. A garage door opener is provided for your convenience with parking for two cars as well as one in the driveway.

What To Be Aware Of

  • No air conditioning. There are new ceiling fans and several floor fans at this home.
  • Gateway backs to a busy highway. There will be some road noise while sitting on the deck.
  • The home has sound barrier windows.
  • Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, and will also stay in the vacation home.
  • BEARS in the area, please secure all trash and you will need to lock doors and windows each time you leave the property.
  • Our office hours are Daily - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST. 
  • On-call staff is available after hours daily to respond to urgent issues that threaten the health or safety of guests, or the property itself; such as a gas leak, a broken furnace, or broken water line. Non-urgent issues will be handled on the next business day.
  • We provide a complimentary starter set of household items such as bath tissue, paper towels, and dish soap. We do not re-stock these items and if needed, additional supplies will need to be purchased locally by the guest.
  • This is a pet-free home. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee for non-compliance.
  • Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside this home. Cleaning for cigarette or marijuana smoke will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
  • Parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Thank you!
